Excellent customer support
I have been working with Daniel Zammata on my pricing strategy for the past month. he has been very helpful in guiding me through the tool, helping me setup my new properties, but also giving tips to increase my ranking on OTA's. He responds to emails very quickly, and always makes himself available to answer my questions via call. While I am still getting used to this tool, and cannot really rate the tool yet, I can speak highly of Daniel.

Daniel Zammata is amazing
Daniel Zammata went out of his way to make sure I understood the platform as well as its latest incredible comp set analysis feature that really helps me!

i have used Pricelabs for 6 years now…

Pricing is difficult, Pricelabs makes it easy.
Pricing is difficult and a bit of a guessing game usually. PriceLabs decides the price for me for every day that I have open going forward, and continuously adjusts those prices up and down based upon demand in the area. I don't have to do anything but pay $10 a month. It's so worth it. They are laser focused on pricing - it's all they do. I can use other tools for other stuff if I want (which I don't!) so I'm not paying for a load of other functionality that I don't use.

Outstanding Tools
Tried this pricing tool because i need help with pricing strategy managing my Airbnb. The result was outstanding, from the first day using the trial I instantly got more bookings. Since using this tool my occupancy is at 90% monthly while income increase by atleast 25%. What i love about pricelabs is the ease of use, the pricing recomendations was spot on. I feel confidence managing my Airbnb. Thank you Pricelabs!

Immediate success & covered annual cost within week
We did start using PriceLabs over the last week and your software immediately raised our rates 50%. I was a bit skeptical… BUT over the last 7 days we booked the highest prices ever (by a lot) due to your aggressive software. I can say that we’ve already made our money back for the year in 1 week. Daniel, PriceLabs superstar staff member, was super helpful during onboarding and provided good advice.
