Great User and Business Experience
We are working with our own PMS (RuralGest) to provide a tech and commercial solution to our partners in México. Due to our business core PriceLabs has been a great partner to be strongest creating better revenue strategies, our properties are connected to Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, Google & HostelWorld and our team is more than happy because we love the data and PriceLabs makes us our day a better work day. Worth it!!
I'm a new AirBNB host, just hosting a single unit. To put it bluntly I don't really know what I'm doing. I don't know how to price, I don't know how to analyze my competitors. Enter PriceLabs. I signed up for the trial and figured if it doesn't work it's no skin off my back. It worked. Within minutes I had my first booking at the PriceLab rate. I never imagined I'd get booked at the rates they've suggested but we are consistently 85-95% occupied. PriceLabs paid for itself five times over on the very first night we booked using their intel. I've recommended it to a few neighbors as well and they've all seen the same success. Signing up for PriceLabs was the best thing I did for my fledgling AirBNB business.

get a high but competitive price
In the first days it seems somewhat complicated since it has an infinite number of parameters to refine your rates almost to infinity. When you are clear about which are the most important options for you, it is quite simple and it does not take you more than a couple of minutes to refine your rates and of course configure your calendar, it even allows you to dynamically automate the minimum stay days. In the end you get a high but competitive price per night, which is what you want with this type of software

Great Customer Service and Reliable Software
At Fliphaus, we started using Pricelabs about 8 months ago and our company doubled listings and multiplied earnings undoubtly thanks to this software.

Very happy with PriceLabs
Very happy with PriceLabs. It's made managing pricing for my vacation rental completely automatic, with numerous options to customize the way the system sets your nightly rates. Strongly recommended!

We absolutely love PriceLabs
We absolutely love PriceLabs. It is simple and fun to use. We have tried other tools, but PriceLabs is the most realistic and accurate tool out there, even for markets outside of the US (something other tools are not fine-tuned enough for). The tool also offers the flexibility to handle more specialized items if needed. PriceLabs is one of the most fundamental investments for running a STR, and it has helped us secure the top spot in our market.

So powerful, yet so easy!
This software is so powerful, but still fairly priced (ok, it's downright cheap). Once you've set everything up, you can forget all pricing challenges for a long time. Of all the tools I utilize in running my STR... Pricelabs is the best.
