Sub Par Product + Predatory Sales Practices= Pass on Prezi
I used the trial period to create a presentation, but I found the platform difficult to use and far less intuitive than comparable tools. The interface felt clunky, and basic tasks took more effort than expected. I also attempted to share the project with my presentation partner, but that feature did not work properly. The website itself was frequently glitchy, and even when it was functioning, the available features felt limited. Overall, the design and user experience were disappointing compared with other presentation platforms. For anyone exploring alternatives, I would recommend Canva, which offers a broader template library and a much more user-friendly interface, or Visme, which provides stronger options for interactive infographics and data visualization. I would also caution users to pay close attention to the trial period and cancellation process. Like many other reviewers have reported, I attempted to cancel on the final day of the free trial but ran into technical issues. After not receiving a cancellation confirmation, I tried again the following morning, but by then I had already been charged. My refund request was denied, even though I had not used the software after the trial period and have not used it since. Based on my experience, I would advise prospective users to think carefully before signing up. Between the technical issues, limited functionality, and frustrating cancellation process, I found the overall experience very disappointing and expensive both in cost and time spent learning the tool and trying to get a refund. Unlike Prezi, well run companies with good tools that sell well do not have to engage in the predatory practices this company does. This product and company fall well below the digital divide, a metric I use to rate products and companies who help digital transformation (above the divide) or hinder it, like this one does.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're sorry your experience didn't reflect the value we aim to deliver. We hear your frustration with the product, and we're actively working on usability improvements and genuinely appreciate specific feedback like yours, as it helps us prioritize the right things. On the billing side: we understand how upsetting it is to be charged unexpectedly, especially when you felt you'd taken steps to cancel in time. While we're not able to resolve account matters here, we've requested more info to get you in touch with our team. Thanks! -N
