At Prezi, we're here to help you get your best presentation in a matter of minutes, whether your presentation is tomorrow or in a few days. Bring the deck you already have in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or PDF, or describe what you're covering, and Prezi builds a fully designed presentation from it. Prezi draws on a dataset of over 500 million presentations and input from a professional design team, so what comes back is visually polished and suited to your topic, no design background needed. But Prezi doesn't stop at a finished deck. The moment your presentation is ready, you can put it in front of an audience and add live polls, quizzes, and Q&A, all joined from any device with a single QR code, no app or login required. Everyone in the room takes part, not just the front row, and remote attendees count as present too. After the session, the same presentation keeps working: as a narrated video, a podcast, flashcards, or a self-test, so anyone who couldn't attend live still gets the material.

Refund eventually obtained after escalation Prezi charged me €217.80 for an annual subscription after a 14-day free trial. I did not receive a confirmation email after signing up, and I did not receive the trial-ending reminder that Prezi said had been sent. When I requested a refund, the request was initially refused. Prezi then provided a screenshot as evidence of the reminder, but the recipient shown was a Stripe routing address rather than my account email. After I asked them to clarify this, Prezi confirmed that the reminder had supposedly been sent to my Apple Private Relay address, but declined to provide the email itself, message headers or SMTP logs. I also raised the issue of the confirmation of the contract on a durable medium under Article 8(7) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. After I escalated the matter beyond customer support, Prezi reconsidered the case and offered an 11-month prorated refund as a goodwill gesture, which I accepted. I ultimately received €204 back. I am posting this because anyone starting a Prezi trial should keep a record of the subscription terms, confirmation emails and any reminder emails received. In my case, the issue was eventually resolved, but only after considerable correspondence and escalation.

Absolutely insane to charge $250+ a year for an inflated version of Google Sheets. Complete rip off and a waste of money. Use a program like Canva, PowerPoint, gamma, and more. Lousy excuse for a company.

I signed up for a free trial with Prezi and on April 16, I was charged €71.4 for an annual subscription without intending to continue. I cancelled immediately after noticing the charge and contacted support right away. I have not used the service at all since the subscription started. Despite contacting them immediately and clearly explaining that the subscription was not used (and will not be used in the future), my refund request was rejected outright with no consideration of the circumstances. Charging a full annual fee in such a situation and refusing any goodwill solution feels disproportionate and not customer-friendly. Especially in this kind of setup, with automatic renewal into an annual plan. This situation is very disappointing, especially as it was clearly unintentional. In my experience, other companies show more flexibility depending on the circumstances. I fully understand that refunds may not be possible when a service has been intentionally used after a trial period - however, that is not the case here. I would expect a company like Prezi to handle cases like this more fairly.

I used Prezi many years ago in a professional setting and was quite pleased with it. I’ve been retired for many years and was heading a fund-raising project for my Rotary club. I bought a basic subscription and worked on this project while recovering from a spinal fusion. The fund raising event was important for helping people without water build wells. It was so important to me that I purchased it with my own funds, I have not kept in touch with technology and found the service somewhat unwieldy. Thus I needed to upgrade to the premium subscription in order to get help with basic functionality. A fellow Rotarian, who was trained in this program, was also unable to help solve these problems. The verbal instructions were not the same as those found over much time searching through the help available on site. I received a message from Prezi stating that my subscription was to be renewed, and I immediately canceled it. Nonetheless I was charged close to $400 on my credit card. I was not aware that I needed to cancel the subscription prior to the expiration of the year I thought I was purchasing it for. I explained the situation and was basically told I was required to pay for another year’s subscription for a service I have no use for. It was explained that this is legal to do. Maybe so, and likely I should have known I needed to cancel. However, this is a predatory practice, and I suppose I erred by not knowing this. I would not recommend this program to anyone. I’m very disappointed in how this company operates.

Hi Nancy, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your experience with our renewal process was frustrating, and we appreciate the context you've provided. Our subscriptions do renew automatically, and we send reminder notices ahead of the renewal date to allow time for cancellation. We understand that this process wasn't clear to you, and we're sorry our support team wasn't able to offer a resolution that felt satisfactory. We take feedback like this seriously as we work to improve how we communicate our billing policies to customers. We wish you well with your Rotary fundraising efforts. -N

It is a very good tool and I use to recommend it to my students until I discovered that all my projects could be found at a simple search on the internet. I use free version. I had to delete most of my work and, most probably, I will will find another tool. Then I will give up using Prezi.

Hi Robert, we're sorry to hear that's been your experience. We'd be happy to share our subscription options if you'd like to have a plan that allows you to keep your presentations private. Let us know! -N

The ai includes random photos on every presentation instead of asking if a photo is needed. Almost every photo included in ai presentations is irrelevant to the actual theme of the presentation.
