At Prezi, we're here to help you get your best presentation in a matter of minutes, whether your presentation is tomorrow or in a few days. Bring the deck you already have in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or PDF, or describe what you're covering, and Prezi builds a fully designed presentation from it. Prezi draws on a dataset of over 500 million presentations and input from a professional design team, so what comes back is visually polished and suited to your topic, no design background needed. But Prezi doesn't stop at a finished deck. The moment your presentation is ready, you can put it in front of an audience and add live polls, quizzes, and Q&A, all joined from any device with a single QR code, no app or login required. Everyone in the room takes part, not just the front row, and remote attendees count as present too. After the session, the same presentation keeps working: as a narrated video, a podcast, flashcards, or a self-test, so anyone who couldn't attend live still gets the material. Results by question show what landed and what needs another pass. With over 170 million users across 195 countries, Prezi is a G2 Leader in Audience Response, AI Presentation Tools, and Presentation Software.

Used the free period to trial the software. Cancelled on the day it ended but still charged. Prezzi refused to refund citing their terms and conditions. Cannot be trusted.

Accidentally let the trial period pass, charged 60 euro for a service I will not be using. Customer Service were completely unhelpful and told me under no circumstances will a refund be issued and frankly were rude and argumentative. I will never use this service, terribly frustrating software to use.

Was charged for a yearly subscription that I didn’t agree too and customer support would not refund this. Extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend this website to anyone

I actually like Prezi. But they are deserving of a 1-star review for their lack of professionalism and credibility - essentially, so many people have reported them for auto-renewal charges that banks consider charges from Prezi fraudulent. Now, when you or I get charged for Prezi's services (which I am fine to pay), I have to waste my time and a bank rep's time to verify it is not fraudulent. And dear Prezi rep who will respond to this review to try to reserve your TrustPilot score - please do not respond that "You are looking into this". Please only respond when you have acted on a solution. You got some work to do on ensuring your credibility and ongoing customer service. Please prioritize this over your next AI feature.

Thank you for sharing this. We've heard from a few users experiencing the same friction, and our support team is aware and actively looking into ways to reduce it. We appreciate you taking the time to flag it. - N

I signed up for a free trial with Prezi and on April 16, I was charged €71.4 for an annual subscription without intending to continue. I cancelled immediately after noticing the charge and contacted support right away. I have not used the service at all since the subscription started. Despite contacting them immediately and clearly explaining that the subscription was not used (and will not be used in the future), my refund request was rejected outright with no consideration of the circumstances. Charging a full annual fee in such a situation and refusing any goodwill solution feels disproportionate and not customer-friendly. Especially in this kind of setup, with automatic renewal into an annual plan. This situation is very disappointing, especially as it was clearly unintentional. In my experience, other companies show more flexibility depending on the circumstances. I fully understand that refunds may not be possible when a service has been intentionally used after a trial period - however, that is not the case here. I would expect a company like Prezi to handle cases like this more fairly.
