I have used pretty litter for years....I love it and my cats love it. But the last few months I have been having a terrible problem... very very stinky box. Never had this problem with pretty litter before, I have not change how I take care of litter box, and cats have not changed their use. Has pretty litter done any changes to the litter? This is a real problem that I need help solving, please please help me, the very last thing I want is to have to find a different litter. I supplied additional information they requested but as of yet no further action has been taken!!! Again, they have not reached out to me!! 🫤

We’ve been using Pretty Litter for 5+ years and we really love it. No dust and really easy to clean.I have 1 cat and 1 bag used to last 30 days no problem. The last 3-4 months, a bag has only been lasting 2-3 weeks and it’s really disappointing. I thought maybe I got a bad batch, but this seems to be a trend now. If it continues to only last 2-3 weeks, we will be searching for a new brand of litter. Pretty Litter is already expensive and it’s not worth it if it’s not lasting as long as it should.

Dude. Legit litter and prompt and courteous customer service via email. And their systems apparently work well in this age of technologically lost information.

I had a package stolen. I was angry! Maddy was my chat service person and she changed my mood . Kind, handled a delivery address change to prevent any future issues with deliveries. Maddy also placed a replacement order. Kudos Maddy- I appreciate you

I had tried every litter available and was disappointed in the results. Once I found Pretty Litter I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. It is clean and fresh and so easy to keep that way. Keep the feces scooped out and give the litter a stir a couple of times during the day and you never have to worry about litter box smells. I love it and so does my cat 😺😺😺.

Besides vet recommend it for 1 of my cats. The other car prefers it over his litter. It's not messy, easy to clean and it stays fresh for a whole month! Be sure to remove the 💩 daily and once a month dispose of the litter and dump in a new bag. That easy!
