I've been using Pretty Litter and feeding my 3 cats their cat food for about 2 years now. The litter more than lives up to the hype. I change the litter once a month and scoop it every other day, and there is no odor. The cats never even blinked when I switched from Tidy Cat and my nephew's cats (I live with my sister) sneak into my room at night to use my litter boxes. As for the food, the cats love it, they eat less of it and never seem to get bored with it, both dry and wet.

I am totally satisfied with this pretty litter! It's the most effective litter that I have purchased. I love that it last so long, everyday I scoop and churn the litter. It stays clean and odor free! My guess often ask where's the litter box, because they can't smell, and also there's no litter mess.

I really like the cat litter and I will order it again but the only thing I didn't really like too much is that the pee stays in the litter box

Pretty Litter is the best cat litter on the market. it is dust free, has no odors and my cat does great with it. i will not ever go back to clay litters, which are awful.

Customer service is top tier. Price is a little high given the value of other brands. Non-clumping works waaaay better than expected, but seems it will not last as long effectively. Also, the clear litter works great to help distract your brain as to how much litter is tracked. All said it's some of the best litter I've tried, but the few reasons I've mentioned are why I can't give it 5 stars. The claim non-clumping "last longer" only seems to be true if you're fine with the tail end being 50% pee remnants/colors. The smaller bag doesn't give enough litter for my cats medium/large box, and it tracks quite a bit.

Trackable Delivery - Federal Express for me. Reliable. Customer service -real people who can help you, if needed. Not a push 1 or push 2 system. Litter - light and not heavy. Litter -informative, in case your cat is having a medical issue, which gives you time to have your cat checked out for something you may not notice in your cats health. Easy clean up. Love the reward program.
