My cat could not go potty but a couple of times in a week, not a good litter!!!!!

I was very happy at first...lightweight, little wasted while scooping, and less dust. After a couple of days there was a sweet chemical smell that permeated the entire 2nd floor. I thought maybe I wasn't mixing enough, so I started scooping and mixing twice a day to make sure. The smell did not dissipate. I also started to notice that the urine was turning into a slushy mess. I also noticed that tiny pcs of poop were breaking off while scooping and was very difficult to sift out, so I had to get a spoon to scoop out the bits. Within a week I had to change it out. I ordered a 3 month supply for 2 cats ($120), but they only shipped me 3 bags instead of 6. I got with customer service and they sent out the other 3 bags, but I knew they wouldn't last. I could also tell it was tracking more than I originally thought because when my cats would roll around on the carpet, I could feel the crystals in their fur. It only gives the illusion of less tracking because it's harder to see/feel. My kittens are 9 months old and siblings and always use the same box, so I could just change it out every 2 weeks to stick to the subscription schedule, but the smell is overwhelming after just a couple of days. If I wanted this to work it would cost me double what they claim. If you are going to try it out, get 1 bag and see how long it lasts and then do the math. For me, not worth it by a longshot.

Ordered Pretty Litter for my daughter 's cat. 24lb box sent to me!! Called to explain but what I got was a rude man, Greg, who inferred it was my error and I s hi oukd fix it. I canceled my accountsubscription and want a refund for at least half of $64.66. No response from Pretty Litter yet!

DON’T BUY. My kitten passed away from eating some of the litter. I used one bag and the first time he used it, he ate some and died that night. I asked for a refund and already sent them back the return but they haven’t issued the money back into my account. 1. Lost my precious baby and 2. No guaranteed refund

The product is decent, traps odor fairly well and is very convenient to use since it ships to your door. Unfortunately it doesn’t hold well even for 1 cat. I have one small cat and I had it delivered every three weeks, this worked ok but it was disgusting to change the litter since all the pee we’re collecting at the bottom and had to be hosed out in order to get rid of. It’s too expensive to get delivered every two weeks for one cat. Furthermore, not very happy with customer service. I’m about to move and just remembered to cancel this subscription (moving abroad). The day AFTER canceling they still charged my card, and upon contacting their customer service they claimed they were unable to help with this issue in any way but “promised no more charges will be made”. This is an bs excuse, as anyone ever working in retail knows, and I’m not very happy with their response and excuses. If you have a lot of money and time to change litter every two weeks or so this product is great. If not, there’s most definitely something that will suit you better.

I purchased three bags of Pretty Litter and absolutely hate it. My cat tracks it all over the house, it gets in her hair, between her toes, etc., and spreads all over. The particles of litter are so small that I feel like my floors are covered in sand. I wanted to love it, but it simply doesn't work for my cat. I'm trying to return two unused bags for a refund, but am getting nowhere with the company.

Pretty Litter is very TOXIC to dogs and my dog ate it, he was pooping blood, in vet for days on fluids and now after emergency vet care - he is paralyzed. They asked for an invoice and a letter from vet. They are not taking responsibility for their product. This has been going on for 2.5 weeks - If you use this product - make sure the cat litter is covered. Dogs like to eat cat poop and this stuff will make your dog VERY VERY SICK.

DO NOT BUY THIS LITTER!!! MY CATS GET LITTER STUCK IN THEIR EYES!!!! AND CRYSTALS EVERYWHERE THAT CUT YOU AND STAB YOU!!! I THOUGHT THIS WOILD BE GOOD BUT ITS HORRIBLE, ITS NOT ONLY RECOMMENDED VET CHECKS FOR THE COLOR OF PEE CHANGING ITS ALSO SO THEY CAN SEE THE EYES!!! THEY ARE LYING FOR YOUR MONEY!!!
