I tried pretty litter and it does not last a month as stated. I needed a litter without dust and that was false also. My house still smelled lime a litter box. The only truth is that the urine dissolves into the silica. So after a few days you have yellow nasty litter. For the price it definitely is not worth it.

We recently tried Pretty Litter on the recommendation of our daughter. Living in Florida we kept our litter box on the open-air lanai, but the clay product retained THE SMELL even out there. September 28th, Hurricane Ian destroyed many communities including ours in Charlotte County. We lost countless trees, roof, flooring, and worst of all the lanai that our (2) cats loved. To keep them safe from predators they must remain indoors until we can get a contractor out to rescreen the area. I was really concerned about bringing the litter box inside the house, knowing it could be months before the repairs would be completed. Imagine our sheer delight to discover that there is NO litter box SMELL at all in our house with Pretty Litter which is so amazing as the clay litter always smelled OUTSIDE on the lanai! Initially, I thought the price was high, and many times store stock made it unavailable. I am set up on a subscription and I find Pretty Litter very economical. I love that it is so LIGHT WEIGHT, too! it was hard lugging a 38 pound box of clay litter. It took a Hurricane and a blue tarp on our roof the discover the benefits of Pretty Litter! We are sold on it! (I recently saw a Martha Stewart interview on the merits of Pretty Litter for her beautiful cats, and that too is a great endorsement!) I am so glad our daughter took the time to tell us about your product!

I have not received my package and FedEx has 0 idea where they delivered it to. I want a refund, I initiated a lost package request with them only to have them tell me they don't know where they delivered it. So please refund my money as this is the 2nd time this has happened. I can't try your product because it never gets here. I'm out $168

The company is always prompt with delivery and always informs customer when to expect shipment. Durning pandemic 1 of my monthly shipments was not delivered ( because of shipping issues) They quickly replaced my order. I just completed a 30 day trial for the new scented litter. Definitely another fantastic product from this company
