Best litter I’ve used — no smell, easy clean, and the health monitoring was a great perk when my cat got an unexplained fever to reassure us there wasn’t anything large and acute going on.

Everything was quick to cancel and we had subscribed for quite a while (we had to change email addresses and accounts when we had moved so it may look shorter) but the litter really helped us stay in control of Maeve's health and we are very grateful for that. As a matter of fact we know whatever happened to her happened quickly because the litter never signaled a problem like it had in the past. Thank you for that.

My cats needed an emergency shipment prior to scheduled boarding. I was able to place an immediate order and was provided clarification on shipping time, etc. Great service. Excellent communication.

Pretty Litter is an excellent product. Follow directions for use, and your litter box will stay dry and odor free for the month. Having lost my other cat to feline diabetes, I appreciated that the litter turns color based on the urine alkalinity (alkalinity? Acidity? I don’t know. Science!) My cat is 19.5! Sadly, she’s at end of life. When I reached out to cancel my subscription, the customer care was like no other. I received condolences and empathy and was asked if I’d be willing to share a picture of my cat with their team. Jane, the customer care agent, was incredible.

I was having a difficult time navigating the website, so I called customer service. Mary was extremely pleasant and helpful. I look forward to trying the litter and boxes I ordered!
