Excellent service and an excellent product!
Choices, ordering, and delivery were all so easy. No issues at all. We are trying out Pretty Litter today. So far the two kitties haven't tried it, but I'm sure they will pretty soon. The ability to catch a urinary problem quickly is a blessing since one of the cats has had crystals a few times. This will help eliminate higher Vet bills in the future! A great product and excellent service! Thank you all!

Pretty Litter is the best!
Pretty Litter is the best! It truly lasts 1 month with no smell. I'm highly allergic to cats, but I have to change the litter for my mother-in-law's cat. She lives in a small apartment and it used to smell horrible from the clay cat litter. A friend recommended Pretty Litter. I set a reminder on my calendar to change it for my mother-in-law each month. No gaggy urine smell. The cat took to it quickly too.

Excellence in multiple ways
My 19 year friend recently passed away and I called to cancel my auto delivery. Dearl was very kind and assured me she would handle the matter. It can be hard to receive an unexpected reminder when you’re grieving. Along with an excellent product, your company has excellent employees and service. Thank you.
