Call the 800 number to get to a human ... once you get one, it is smooth sailing.
In order to get through to a human I had to use the 800 number posted. The online chat left me hanging. ... However, once I got a human on the line, the issue I was having was resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. ... I have tried so many other cat litters and this is by far the best. It isn't the cheapest but it the best for me and my household of six cats.

Gave Pretty Litter a fair try
Gave Pretty Litter a fair try. I don't recommend. If the only reason you are using is to diagnose health and you think your cat is unwell, take him or her to your vet. 0/5 odor control 0/5 low tracking 0/5 price If you want a really good litter, go with Feline Pine (kiln baked) 5/5 odor control 5/5 low tracking 5/5 price When you scoop it smells like a pine forest. Cats like it. Reasonable cost. Biodegradable (turns to sawdust)
