Top notch quality and customer care!
The PrettyLitter customer care team is phenomenal!! They handled my concerns promptly and with personal care. Prettylitter is not only the best cat litter .. the staff at Prettylitter is always been helpful and understanding which makes it a lot easier when you have to change your credit card and the delivery time, etc. etc…

Best juice for the squeeze by a wide margin
It really is exceptionally lightweight and the odor control is unmatched by any other brand/type I’ve tried. And that is for two healthy cats whose litter box lives mere feet from my sleeping rectangle in a painfully tiny bedroom. Does tend to track a bit but I will quite contentedly live with that tradeoff.

Pretty Litter is the best
Pretty Litter is the best! I am allergic to dust and there is none! You only have to scoop the poop. It lasts a month with daily stirring! I didn't know my cat had a urinary tract infection until I noticed e the litter was changing to blue! I was able to take her to the vet and now she is fine! Her litter is now a normal color! I wouldn't be without Pretty Litter!

Pretty Litter is by miles the best…
Pretty Litter is by miles the best litter I’ve ever used for my three fur babies. I’ll never go back to other brands. This is it for us. It’s super light weight, doesn’t clump up and doesn’t smell. Pretty Litter is awesome !!

Worth What You Pay!
11/10! I thought Pretty Litter was a nice change from the litter I had growing up. I didn't realize how much it was impacting our house until I tried to cut expenses. I decided we would go with a cheaper brand and regretted it instantly. The smell was awful! Even with scooping the litter box multiple times a week. In less than a month I had my roommate set up our shipments with Pretty Litter again. We don't use it for our cats's health because we take them to the vet and they are healthy, but the color changing is a plus. This is worth the cost in every way!

The subscription is not easy to cancel
The subscription is not easy to cancel, and I have sent SO MANY MESSAGES BC MY CAT DIED early November. Nobody responds and they just keep charging my account. I’m livid
