PresencteReviews of presencte.com

I would give them no star if possible. This company, if indeed it is a company, is a scam. DO NOT buy from these people. They advertised something as sea glass and it is cheap plastic. I will report them to BBB and Facebook.

I Ordered two items and after they did a BAIT AND SWITCH with price I immediately contacted them to cancel the order. The only response is so sorry for extra charges we will call our team to remove. I responded back that I don't want to do business with a Company that is running a scheme. No response from them. I will dispute charges with my credit card Company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

If I could give a negative review believe me I would. It took 3 months and many complaints & emails for my order to arrive. Not that it mattered, the products are worthless. According to the sizing chart I needed a 13XL, which sounds ridiculous, Im a 38C. Not that it mattered, a toddler couldn't even wear this product. I want my money back, but they want me to may shipping for a product that shouldn't even be allowed to be sold. They haven't offered me any type of compensation, at least not yet. I did inform that I was reporting them to the BBB.

I would gove it 0 stars if I could. I ordered 3 bras in June, I checked shipping regularly, never received them. They told me it's not their problem. The tracking all said something different. One said the package eas delivered on July 10th, then said it was being processed July 15th. PayPal denied my claim because they had the name, city and state on tracking. I used informed delivery from USPS, that tracking number was not listed for July 10th.

it was horrible and even though the website says full refund. they offered $4 on a $50 purchase and refused to give me the return address so i’m stuck with clothes that don’t fit. i would not order anything from these people. who are obviously bad actors

Took FOREVER to get my bras. I am a 34DD and ordered a medium. Over 7 weeks later I got the order but they were 4XL. I emailed and asked to return the bras and get the correct size. Below is the email I received in regards to the exchange: Please be kindly noticed that you have to pay the shipping fee for the return. Our warehouse receiving returned goods is not the one on the waybill. Our warehouse is in China now, thus the shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you 4USD as compensation ? Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much. Clearly, I told them to pound sand.

Will not refund money for products not even resembling what is advertised. Auto response apologized profusely then said no! SCAMMERS IN THE WORST WAY!

SCAMMERS! I ordered some headphones from them and immediately contacted them to cancel the order (my bad, I ordered the wrong thing) - their policy states that orders can be cancelled and a full refund issued if done before the item is dispatched. There is no option on the website to cancel an order so I immediately (within an hour of ordering) emailed their support team who, ignored my request and instead offered to modify my order. They continued to delay communications until the item was dispatched and then told me they couldn't cancel now. I haven't received the item yet, but based on the other reviews, it will not be what I expect, nor do I even want them.
