Never received, customer service total runaround
If I could give less than one star I would. I have been waiting for a package for almost 6 weeks. When inquiring to the email provided? First tracking number the product was making its way across Europe starting in Germany. Second tracking number provided the package comes from China. And says that my package was delivered two weeks ago. My mail room takes in all packages to make sure the residents get them, so I know that the package was never delivered here. I always get a response from the customer service but they never actually help me. I’m going to call my bank and report fraud. I should’ve done more research on the company before I placed to the order. I came across Presencie on Instagram :(
