I am a disabled war veteran and customer service is #1 on my list as a consumer of services or products anywhere. I just got off the phone with Jordan as I returned his call for I had a quote for one of their engines. I told them I would call back because I need more than 3 months of warranty spending that kind of money. On the call I just made, I explained that and told him I found one with warranty. He insisted I would not and after hearing that I did, he vehemently said, "You found one, Go Buy IT!" I said you're very nasty and the call was ended. I am Sooo grateful I DID NOT CHOOSE YOU. With customer service as that just because I elected to go elsewhere speaks volumes about any form of transactions with your business. Thank you for the confirmation! I wish all the best whomever deals with these guys.

I have very bad experience I order part and I give them my credit card and everything what they need to send me the wrong part and then did not send it at the time and also when I send it back, I pay for the UPS to return the parts back to them when they return my money very late. I called him every week to give me my money back. they are very late to return the money take them like 3 to 4 weeks to return the money did notreturning the whole amount and also they charge me for the UPS $47. I’m not a recommended for the people.

In October, I purchased 2 transfer cases from Jordan. I sent him a picture what I wanted and asked him to send me pictures before he shipped them. He never did and I received two transfer cases that are not what I requested. Then he turns me over to Lisa in the warranty department. There’s no warranty about this. Jordan made a mistake and will not admit it. All I get is the run around from Lisa. One transfer has been returned and now they refuse to pickup the second one for my total refund of $2,701.13. This is their mistake and they do not care. On their website, they offer a money back guarantee. These words do not mean two cents! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are a broker (middle man buying from other businesses and you will pay double the normal price). You can find what you need on eBay, Facebook marketplace and Car part.com. I have everything documented and will continue with further action. You will probably see a comment from Jordan with a lot of BA BA BA that’s another two cents.

I dealt with Jordan out of California. He was professional and responsive. I bought my 2010 Tacoma with 150k on it. The "indestructible" (if maintained) 5 speed auto transmission failed at 190k. I filled out a request on line and in minutes Jordan called me. Found an exact match with 63k miles. I had it shipped to a mechanic and upon arrival at his shop, The guy calls me and says he wanted $2k up front just to receive the tranny. He sent it back to the Fed Ex warehouse in Durham. Jordan arranged for me to pick it up there. I got it installed for $850. I have driven about 150 miles highway and city and it shifts perfectly. Jordan will be saved as my go to going forward

I have a 2014 charger SRT and like most chargers my ABS module went out. After spending $2,000 at the dealership just to have them say “ you have a bad ABS module and we can not get one”. So I reached out to premium used auto parts they responded very quickly and had what I needed. When I received the ABS module it was packaged very good and was in really good condition. I honestly don’t have any complaints. I would definitely use them again.

Please look at yelp reviews to see pictures of the rusty rearend assembly they sent me for $1,000.they say i saw pics of it before i agreed to it.what a lie.kathy called me because she saw i was looking for this part online and sold it to me on the phone.i should have known better but im almost 70 and disabled and wife is dieing from cancer and im on ssi.they wont even answer my texts or emails.please do not be scammed like i was.and look at the pics on yelp reviews for premium used auto parts.thank u.

Their website claims 4.9 Trustpilot score in multiple locations and actual rating is 3.2! Clearly dishonest advertising.
