I dealt with Jordan out of California. He was professional and responsive. I bought my 2010 Tacoma with 150k on it. The "indestructible" (if maintained) 5 speed auto transmission failed at 190k. I filled out a request on line and in minutes Jordan called me. Found an exact match with 63k miles. I had it shipped to a mechanic and upon arrival at his shop, The guy calls me and says he wanted $2k up front just to receive the tranny. He sent it back to the Fed Ex warehouse in Durham. Jordan arranged for me to pick it up there. I got it installed for $850. I have driven about 150 miles highway and city and it shifts perfectly. Jordan will be saved as my go to going forward

I have a 2014 charger SRT and like most chargers my ABS module went out. After spending $2,000 at the dealership just to have them say “ you have a bad ABS module and we can not get one”. So I reached out to premium used auto parts they responded very quickly and had what I needed. When I received the ABS module it was packaged very good and was in really good condition. I honestly don’t have any complaints. I would definitely use them again.

The whole transaction went very smoothly. The engine that I got for my car is running great. Also a great follow up by Paris to see how my car is doing. Thanks

I would highly recomminding purchasing from this company. Very Profesional from the first phone call, to the purchasing of the steering column needed with detailed information and pictures. PARIS CONTINUED TO SEND TEXT TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED! SHE ALSO WAS CONSISTANT DURING CONVERSATIONS... THANKS PARIS!

They made sure my engine was delivered this is my third one from him and they've been good so far

Part received was correct and like new condition

Cathy held a critical product for me at least a month. When the time came to purchase it, it arrived in 3 days. Premium Used Auto Parts is obviously service oriented. And the part was excellent as well. Trust them!!

The associates were friendly and professional.
