Premium SaunasReviews of premiumsaunas.com

Juan - the sales representative was great! He made the process seamless, answered all my questions and responded to my emails in a timely manner. Great experience!

The customer service team was amazing from start to finish. From my questions pre purchase to my installation questions. They made it easy. Plus they helped coordinate shipping to PR which is sometimes a little frustrating.

Very good experience

Fast courteous service

I'm sure just like everyone else, I went deep into the sauna rabbit hole, and after a very long research period with countless forums, videos and hours of web surfing, I decided that many of the US made saunas just wouldn't provide me with the authentic sauna experience I was looking for, and a fully custom built one just wasn't in the cards. I, for one, love American made products, but there wasn't much in the premade category that would get close to what the Europeans had to offer, including their decades on decades of sauna experience and culture. I found Premium Sauna's during my research, which offered European (Estonia) premade saunas. The saunas that Premium Saunas offer are probably as good as it would get to a true Finnish sauna, short of building a completely custom one. I settled on purchasing a Sauna Life CLG5. Premium Saunas had the best deal online on the sauna, and the Huum heater that we chose to go with it. The original controller we purchased was out of stock, so Juan upgraded us with the Uku, which is awesome to have the wifi. Our sauna came shipped from Europe, and arrived in completely perfect shape. It was packaged appropriately and everything made it completely unscathed. The quality was good for a premade sauna, and we absolutely love our setup. Thank you, Juan, for the great customer service and prompt communication, updates and answers to all my questions. We couldn't be any happier with our purchase and the sauna we received. It was a big investment and you made our purchase a pleasant and painless one. You have our business, and hopefully that of the ones we'll refer to you. Thank you for getting us started on our amazing sauna journey!

nice unit shipping took a little longer then anticipated but all good

Sauna heater was well packaged and arrived quickly. Just hooked it up and it functions perfectly. Diagram for wiring the sauna heater in the HUUM manual, however, is not very clear. Diagram is reversed from the actual unit, showing ground on the far left, then L1, L2. Actual unit from left to right is L2, L1, ground.

Sauna was shipped and received quickly and went together fairly easy, we prob should have let the wood acclimate to room temp to make assembly easier. But the unit is amazing!
