Premium SaunasReviews of premiumsaunas.com

Our experience with Premium Saunas was excellent from the start to the finish. Our salesman walked us through the process on the phone and offered additional savings based on my Veteran status. Which is always nice. We were kept in the loop about the delivery and the adjusted early delivery (yes early!). All.of my questions were answered in a timely manner along the way as well concerning the shipping package and its dimensions. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks

The customer service was very helpful in placing my order. They worked on it until we were successful in the purchase of the right Mr Steam unit for our needs and price range.

Everything went smoothly and delivery time was communicated clearly.

Customer service was great until my sauna arrived…had a few banged up/dented pieces arrive with my sauna but have been unable to get a response or reply from Premium Saunas. The order process was good and they were very candid about the long lead time. I actually received my sauna a month early! Assembly was pretty straight forward…manual and a YouTube video got it done. Again, only issue I had was some damaged pieces that had gone without reply or acknowledgment. I had no choice but to use the damaged pieces but the sauna is operational with some eye-sores! UPDATE: Juan from Premium Saunas reached out to me with vigilance and positivity. He has provided AWESOME customer service. Any company would be grateful to have Juan lead their CS team! If you need anything from Premium Saunas…ask for Juan!!!!!

We looked at a lot of saunas and wanted want that has two benches, infrared and red light and traditional steam. They completely delivered! The entire process went smoothly and we couldn't be happier!

Great sauna easy to assemble nicer then expected. Use it often arrived as expected good experience

Great price, great service and quick delivery. Everything happened exactly as it should, the hot tub we ordered is great quality. One part broke during delivery and a replacement was sent within 3 days.

Great communication, and shipped out on time. Thank you
