I called in to find out about an invoice I had received and Noel was very helpful in telling me what I needed to know. He was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He gave me the information I needed and explained it in detail very clearly. Customer service is so important. He is definitely an asset to this company.

I mistyped my license plate in the payment machine at the parking lot, which would've resulted in a ticket or getting towed. The agent Noel Espino did a superb job. First, he took the extra time to get approval from his supervisor, and corrected my license plate number. In addition, the payment machine had a max of 5 days, which left me 8 hours short. Noel quickly accessed my account and accepted my payment and added the additional hours, so I would not be ticketed or towed. My only complaint is that their parking rates were high ($27/day in a city of 100,000 people), but obviously the agent doesn't control that. Give the man a raise! 👍 J.W. Hornsby Abingdon, Virginia

Yesterday I parked on the street in New Orleans. You could pay by text or through an app called Parking.com. The longest it booked at a time was 2 hours. It texted me a reminder to extend, but I had to reenter all the information they already had, then it wouldn’t let me renew for longer than 15 minutes. I live in rural Wisconsin. I can park wherever I want. I grew up in NYC and went to school in Chicago and parking meters have always bothered me, but now dealing with crappy software just rubs salt in the wound. So today I found a Premium Parking lot. Super user friendly, easy to pick a time to park, so I don’t have to keep renewing. I called them to compliment them, and got through after a short wait. Kimberly was so nice.
