We built our own custom cloud-based parking management software to run our locations—now you can use it to upgrade yours. I'm an older person and was going to attend a funeral nearby. I was very confused on how to use the parking lot kiosk instructions and became very anxious. I called Premium Parking and spoke with a woman named Kimberly. She was very polite, professional, kind and very informative regarding my dilemma. She calmed my anxiety and gave me complete instructions on how to use the system. She was truly an angel at my time of being anxious.
Thank you Kimberly! ❤

They are a SCAM!!!
I received a citation from premiumparking.com and disputed it because it was completely false. After providing evidence, I received a message from them saying:
"Thank you for contacting the Premium Parking Customer Service Center.
As this violation was likely issued due to a possible malfunction of the camera system when recording the exit of your vehicle, we are happy to void this violation for you at this time.
If there is anything else we can help with please let us know, or you can review our online solutions at support.premiumparking.com.
Thank you,
Premium Parking"
There is no "possible malfunction of the camera system" There is a DEFINITE MALFUNCTION. I am not even parked. I am driving out of the parking lot in the pictures they submitted.
Later I received an email from effectivearbitration.com that reads:
"We have received a notification of dispute denial regarding an invoice from Premium Parking associated with this email address.
You have the right to appeal this decision within 10 days to an independent adjudicator. If an appeal is not submitted within 10 days, your right to appeal will be forfeited.
To make a deposit and submit your appeal details, please go to the link below. Or you may visit www dot effectivearbitration dot com and enter this email address to proceed."
It is obvious that these two companies are scamming people and I'm sure some people pay the fine without researching this. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you received notice from Premium Parking that your invoice was voided, then you were not required to file a dispute with Effective Arbitration. We would like to hear from you to get more information. Please email [email protected].

Premium Parking: Where Logic and Loyalty Go to Die
Let me save you some time: don’t give your money to Premium Parking unless you enjoy being penalized for paying them.
I paid for a monthly parking pass. I made a simple mistake — the wrong license plate was linked to my account. I corrected it the moment I found out. Despite the fact that I had already paid for the space, they still hit me with multiple tickets. No warnings, no human judgment, just automatic fines for a car that was, in every meaningful way, authorized to be there.
I appealed, thinking surely someone would look at the situation and go, “Ah, honest mistake from a long-time customer who’s never had an issue. Let’s wipe the slate clean.” Nope. Instead, they reduced a few fines but insisted on charging me $60 in “administrative fees” — for tickets I shouldn’t have received in the first place.
I’ve used their system for five years without a single problem. That apparently means nothing. I even explained (to the void) that my company is ready to pay $120/month for my parking going forward. That’s $1,440 a year they could have had — but they chose to die on a $60 hill.
This company doesn’t care about fairness, context, or common sense. They see your license plate as a barcode and your wallet as a target. The moment anything goes slightly off-script, they’ll fine you and call it “policy.”
Take your money somewhere else. Premium Parking doesn't deserve your business, your trust, or your time.
Update: After posting this review, I was contacted directly by the Director of Customer Support and received a full refund. While the resolution took time and escalation, I appreciate that the company ultimately took responsibility and made things right. I'm updating my rating accordingly.

First, I want to acknowledge how much we appreciate your loyalty over the past five years. You’ve been a valued customer, and it’s clear that we missed an opportunity to treat you with the fairness and understanding you deserve. Mistakes happen, and when you took the initiative to correct your plate, that should have been enough. We should have recognized your good faith and commitment to doing the right thing. I don’t want this to be the final word on your experience with Premium Parking. I’d like to make this right, starting with a full refund of the $60 in administrative fees. If you’re willing, please email me at [email protected] so I can obtain your invoice # or license plate, to ensure we not only resolve this but also rebuild your trust. Thank you again for your time, and I hope we can turn this situation around for you.

Scammers. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews
Just a scam company. I paid in advance, used the sign almost directly in front of my vehicle and got a fine. I disputed, sent the screenshot of my payment, and was told that because I was supposedly in the wrong spot (there are no numbers on the spots) I was in violation but they’d reduce it fee by $25 as a “courtesy”. What a load of garbage. Don’t believe all these supposedly glowing reviews. A more realistic assessment is on Yelp, where they have a 1 star rating.

We appreciate your feedback and want to change your experience. Please email our Director of Customer Support at [email protected]. We only need your invoice number or license plate associated with the invoice. We want to earn your trust back and build a better experience for you.

Recently had to use this app because only lot near hotel
UPDATE: After the review I submitted below, Premium Parking did reach out and offer a full refund. I appreciate their effort and raised my rating from 1 to 4 stars. For 5 stars, they would need to do something policy wise to make the app easier to understand, allow stopping early for multi-day stays, or otherwise amend their policy. But still, good on them for trying to make things better.
Recently had to use this app because the hotel we stayed at contracted with them. On arrival, with luggage, a sick family member, exhausted, I had to sign up quickly. I wasn't sure how long we were staying so I took a guess at 6 days. Medical things happened and we had to leave on the 4th day. Not only no refund, just a reprint of the fine print about no refunds. I will also be contacting the owners of the lot they are managing. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. AVOID PARKING IN THEIR LOTS!!!

We apologize for the negative experience you had. As the Director of Customer Support, I would like to assist you further. Please email any information about your purchase, so I can look into this refund for you. [email protected]. I am determined to turn this around for you.

Rubbish
This was the worst’s parking company I have ever used, stated opened at 5am but could not make it till 0530hrs. Then on return phoned after picking up luggage but was told it would be another 40 minutes, then after that time got a call to say our car had arrived but they were at the wrong terminal. On top of this the car was returned back filthy. Would use any other company apart from these.

Hi Jennifer. This is the wrong parking company. There is another Premium Parking, but they have a hyphen in the middle. They are UK based and offer that airport parking via valet. Can you put your review under them, please. We do not operate outside of the US nor do we have any affiliation with them.

God awful predatory
Predatory. Do not bother paying (please Reddit this). They work with effectivearbitration.com (EA) aka enforcementassociates.com who sends you an email to “arbitrate” the decision. You deposit money assuming this money is the money for the ticket that will be sent to Premium Parking if lost or returned if won. 5 months later, you lose, the “deposit” is now an “adjudication fee” and EA withdraws even more money for the ticket. (I paid $50 to adjudicate a $50 ticket?) EA withdrew $140 in total for a $50 ticket. Just sick-minded. Premium Parking will say they don't know who Effective Arbitration is, and they never received the money. I had to get my money back through a claim with the bank. Just don't bother paying them at all.
EDIT: What kind of irresponsible company works with a 3rd party they "cannot control"? The deposit never states that its a fee, the deposit should be used for the ticket itself. DO NOT PAY.
Response from Premium Parking - United StatesMar 20, 2025
We understand your concerns. Per FL state law, a 3rd party arbitrator service must be provided to you to have a non-biased review of your parking invoice. The deposit you paid to EA states that if you lose your revew of the dispute, you also lose your deposit. We do not dictate or have any control of this 3rd party service. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Alex was so helpful
Alex was so helpful. Admiral Enforcement put a boot on my car after 10 hrs but I paid 24 hrs. I called premium parking 3x i got Alex twice he went above and beyond to assist me. The one other time a woman answered her response was a more “oh well” type. I’m so thankful I reached Alex, he did his work properly following guidelines but also made it personal so I didn’t feel like I was speaking to a machine. This company gets 5 stars because of Alex, even tho the 3rd party (Admiral Enforcement) sucked and needs to be educated on common sense and seemed to just want money when it was their mistake.

Thank you for your feedback! We value your time and will share your kind words with Alex. We are very fortunate to have him on our team. We wish you the very best and look forward to assisting you in the future.
