Kimberly was awesome. She walked us through the process like a champ and was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in each area of the call. IF I had her direct dial number, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out when I have a question or an issue. All the items on our list were checked off professionally and quickly making this experience more pleasant than anticipated. Thankful she was available to handle my call.

Created account but never received the verification email. Logged in to website and paid for parking, credit card was charged, but again it did not send me the parking receipt. Not in spam. Stried different email addresses. Customer support tried several times to send me receipt. Finally did but it still does not show up in app which keeps saying I have to verify my email address. Clicked to resend verification email several times. Nothing. Customer support unable to help. Told me to not use the app and to only book parking on the website. Not acceptable!

My call was handled very well! I did not have much information besides an email and the representative found out exactly what I needed. The entire process took no more than 15 minutes. My phone representative was pleasant and efficient!

The representative I had, Cynthia, was delightful, spoke clearly, was patient when I had to run around finding information and glasses. She answered a couple questions several times, so I understood completely they were clear. What I needed to do went smoothly and quickly, thanks to Cynthia.

I parked for an hour paid, when i got back to my spot another vehicle had parked several inches into my spot making it impossible for me to open my door and leave. i immediately called into premium parking and talked to an agent named, Divine, they stuck with me for a full hour and tried several times to contact the driver. They filed a ticket for me and stayed with me until the person returned. Thank you, Divine for going above and beyond today. It was a stressful situation but you helped me out a ton!
