1 star review on 500 reviews on Google, I wouldnt trust "TrustPilot". Customer service cannot do anything and advise you to leave a ticket in a queue that does not get the attention it deserves. Terrible company that will take advantage of the little guy. I will never use this company again and suggest you do the same. If I could give it negative stars I would. Bless the people who work there in customer service.

Highly recommend 👍 I had a small issue with a parking invoice and their team was very responsive, fair, and helpful in reviewing my case. They handled the situation quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a well-managed parking location. Can't ask for more!

Last night I parked my rental car in a Premium Parking lot. The sign with payment instructions was some distance from the car and I had to go back to get the plate number.Unfortunately I went to the wrong car and entered the wrong number. I was upset when I found a ticket on the car and when I saw the Phone # to contact the company I called even though it was quite late. I thought I could at least leave my call back. I was really surprised when Micah answered and spent a lot of time sorting out the problem. When we identified what had happened she immediately documented the situation and submitted the information to mitigate the ticket. She was very professional and genuinely worked to help me. I was amazed! Your company is very unusual in a world in which it usually takes hours to work through any customer service request. You had a very capable employee working late at night to help your customers. She was courteous and kind. Even though my mistake caused the problem, she did all she could to help.Your staff member Micah really knew her job, and was clearly well trained. I'm not a fan of paid parking, but you do it right! I even looked the company up to find out if it was publicly traded.
