Premium was a breeze to deal with. Most, if not all, communication was by e-mail which is convenient if you are a busy person. I went to the office one time to sign papers, everything was explained to me and questions were answered intelligently. I would recommend Premium to anyone.

They gave us a quick tentative approval which helped us get an offer finalized On a house we really needed to buy. In getting final approval it seemed like some requests were repeated and phone messages I left were not returned but it all worked .

Although process was often a challenge, the staff was always courteous and polite.

My loan officer was the best and kept me going thru all the hurdles. I give alot of Credit to the Underwriter too as she was on top of it. Thank you again.

Entire process was great. The only issue to speak of was the underwriting process and the time spent in between waiting for responses from them. Feel like it should have been quicker.

Chris Lake and Wendy Coles were fantastic to work with and were readily available everytime we had any questions. Chris walked us through the process and let us know what to expect. He made himself available on weekends and even during his vacation. They were able to provide a very competitive rate and the service was outstanding. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Was difficult to get a phone conversation. Emails were exchanged at 5:30pm... Nothing was done in a timely fashion. It was always something else they needed. Never was given a locked in rate when went to closing. Wasn't pleased. Just another number in their Rolodex.
