We just want to thank Premium Mortage and especially Phyllis Haberer. As it turns out the BIG BANK is not the answer to you financing dreams. Bank of America had our application for over 90 days. Bank of America mismanaged our account and put us over 7 days past our original close date. Enter Phyllis on 09/09/2016 and with all the urgency we needed she got us to close in just 24 days. Phyllis and team were very understanding and compassionate. Their continued communication and attention to detail was world class. If you are reading this and not sure if a private mortgage company can out serve the big banks Please don't be fooled. I found that not only could they get the job done but they can do it with more efficiency, flexibility and communication. The personal touch is the way to go. Call Phyllis she made it happen for us !!!!!

The staff (Tim,Justin) I worked with was very professional, helpful with information to secure my mortgage. Not only did I get the house I wanted but through the whole process I was able to improve my credit rating which enabled me to lock in at a very good % because of t he information & guidance from Premier Mortgage. I would recommend them to anyone planning to purchase a home.

Communication was proactive and thorough throughout, and the Premium Mortgage staff was very professional. My only complaint was that there were several items which sufficed for our mortgage application, only to find out later that such items were not acceptable, resulting in a lot of re-reporting and lengthy delays. In the end, it seemed like they were asking me to use verification techniques that they wouldn't use or accept. And, when I say they, I mean the underwriter. Front line staffers were all super.

I thought the initial experience with Karen Haberer was generic and not personable. I was just another account and because my mortgage was not going to be a large or profitable one that I was rushed through the process. After the paperwork got started, I was passed off to Courtney Mattice who did her best to help me out and keep me informed of the progress along with what she needed to move forward with the mortgage approval. The reason I contacted Premium Mortgage was that my realtor recommended them. I know other friends that are in this business and looking back, I wish that I had gone with their company.
