A bit of background first. I started with a very large national company first. After weeks of paperwork and run around I decided to change to Premium Mortgage. Matt Secor at Premium was there for me from day one. He answered all of my questions and made the process very easy. I could not have asked for a better experience. He was honest and never made promises he could not keep. I highly recommend Matt if you need a mortgage. Matt was not the only person I dealt with at Premium. Sylvia, my processor, was just as good as Matt. She was there for me during the underwriting process. She worked with me every step of the way to make sure my questions were answered, the paperwork I needed was in order, and that I was up to date on the progress. Overall Premium Mortgage was a great choice for me. They got my loan closed in a much faster time frame then the larger national company. They responded fast and got me answers right away. I highly recommend Premium Mortgage!

We had a great experience buying our house! Joel was wonderful and very helpful. Theresa was very on top of everything as well.

Premium was so good to us during out process. Tim Collins, along with Justin Zimmerman helped us out so much, and really kept us up to date on the what we needed. My only complaint with the entire process would be how long it took for the Underwriter to get things in place.

The staff at Premium Mortgage are amazing they are professional, understanding, responded back quickly and also kept me in the loop every step of the way. They told me they would get the job done and they went above and beyond. I am very appreciative for this team and glad I put my trust in them and because of that I can proudly say I am now cleared to close. First of all we would just like to say Thank You to everyone there, especially Chris Lake and Wendy Coles, I think we drove them crazy with questions, but they always answered all our questions and went above and beyond their duties to satisfy us. The process did take a bit longer then expected, but we had a bit of a difficult case. Chris Lake really knows the business and knows his numbers and figures, was very impressed with that. Quick & easy are not words that I could have used to describe my experience when applying for my previous mortgage (through BOA) but they are exactly the words I have when describing my most recent experience working with Premium Mortgage Corporation - specifically Joel Mahakian & Theresa Pera. They were amazing - 100% on the ball and kept things moving at the very quick pace we had hoped for (in less than 30 days). From the first meeting with Joel to the congratulatory email from Theresa, they were with us every step of the way helping us gather the necessary information and documentation needed to get the loan cleared to close. The individuals who I dealt with at Premium Mortgage were friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I was unsure about something, I would ask and I would receive a prompt response with the answer. No matter how many times I called or emailed them, they never got upset. Buying a house is a stressful and confusing process, but they did a great job explaining the process to me. I would highly recommend Premium Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a house!

It really felt like Jackie was "on our side". She and her team were always on top of what needed to be done and was sure to keep a line of communication open to answer any questions and concerns. As new a new homebuyer, this was very helpful to easing the stress. Premium was also understanding about delays in the process (due to no fault of our own) and provided us with a reasonable extension on our rate. 10/10, would work with them again!
