Premium MortgageReviews of premiummortgage.com

Sayuko Oishi was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thanks! We love our new home :)

Our experience with Premium Mortgage was outstanding. First class customer service. Very professional staff! Donna Maxwell is the best!!!

I have gone through the mortgage process at least 4 or 5 times over the past 20 years - either buying, selling or refinancing. The process is pretty much the same. It is very important for me to have periodic updates on the status of my loan/closing. Some places do not do this, and you are left wondering what is going on. With Premium mortgage, I was updated usually the day I asked for any information. At most it was the next day. They have excellent communication within their own group and as well with the customer. That is very important! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Great experience, will recommend to everyone.

We had a great experience with Premium! Excellent service and a quick painless closing. I would highly recommend them.

the girls were very helpful. made first home purchase very painless.

I recently purchased my first home and am SO happy with my decision to use Premium Mortgage. Karen Haberer and Courtney Mattice made the entire process smooth and painless. This being my first big, adult purchase, I was extremely nervous. Karen, Courtney, and everyone at Premium answered all of my questions and took care of everything. They were very organized and precise with what steps would be taken throughout the process - something that was very much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Premium to anyone and everyone!

Karen Haberer and Courtney Mattice have assisted my husband and I with two mortgages in the past 5 years. We couldn't be happier! They are incredibly good at what they do and they are able to explain everything in a way that the average person would understand. On top of that - they are both so personable and fun! We had an aggressive closing date that they helped us to accomplish - with time to spare. Buying a house can be so stressful; they help to make it as worry-free as possible. We recommend them to all of our family and friends!
