Premium MortgageReviews of premiummortgage.com

Premium Mortgage made sure things went smooth when it came to applying for my mortgage. Initially communication was difficult, would have been nice to know if someone was away or at least direct me to someone else who could help other than waiting. Or else I would have awarded them 5 stars! Excellent after that and no further issues. Would recommend!

I have to say, this was not my first time buying a house, but Working with Premium Mortgage was truly a great choice and my agent Michelle Corbani was amazing. She took the time to answer all my question and to help under stand the process again. Michelle was always on her game, always had a smile and honestly made me feel as I were the main priority, updating me with any changes and taking the time even on weekends to make this flow smoothly. This company is lucky to have her. I have and will always tell people to start their home buying here with Premium Mortgage. Thank you for everything

Cheryl was fantastic at explaining every step and payment. Mortgage went through earlier than predicted and they were willing to accommodate our needs.

My experience with Premium was fantastic. The communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and turnaround time exceeded my expectations. Thank you Premium Mortgage, and a special thank you to Donna and Kim.

They were very detail oriented to be sure every item was covered as needed for the successful completion of our mortgage application. They made sure the required paper work and background information needed was in order. Definitely recommend working with them at the Amherst NY location.

I was referred to Joel at Premium Mortgage by a colleague and I couldn't be happier with the service we received when going through the mortgage process. From answering questions or replying to my correspondence within minutes every time I emailed or called to trying to keep the other parties moving along and on schedule Joel was more than helpful. We also had the pleasure of having Brandon as our processor and he also would get back to us within minutes of sending an email. When I would ask him for a timeline and what to expect next he was spot on and we were never left waiting or wondering. If the opportunity presents itself again I will definitely use Premium Mortgage again and I will refer all my friends, family and clients to Joel!

I had a very good experience with Premium Mortgage. They were friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommended them.

Everyone I worked with was very kind but I really needed to make sure that I was reviewing all pieces of information as there were some mistakes and miscommunications along the way. I also felt a bit like a small fish in a big pond with my lack of response and/or the duration on responses.
