Premium, and Scott specifically, even helped mitigate some of the issues that came up with the seller during my home purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

Premium Mortgage was great, and helped my fiancé and I out when another major lender denied us a commitment letter due to certain requirements/verbiage. They are very good, and always answered my emails/questions. The processors were good and very thorough. I highly recommend them.
