Premium Mortgage provides friendly but spotty service. I don't know what the norm is in this field, but we had multiple delays that seemed quite preventable. I had to send one of my forms 3 or 4 different times, a processor failed to send needed paperwork so we got stalled in the process over a holiday weekend, and I was asked to sign an obsolete form, which I pointed out had the wrong numbers but the sender didn't correct for several business days. All this left us trying to close the week of Christmas which of course became a convenient excuse to cite with each delay. Not too impressed.

The people we worked with to obtain our mortgage were the best. Laurie Jennings our loan agent was great at keeping us informed on every aspect of the mortgage process. Thanks we love our new home!
