Premium MortgageReviews of premiummortgage.com

This company is so easy to work with. They are very professional, and make you feel very comfortable when you get confused or stressed. I would highly recommend them.

The circumstances of doing this mortgage were a bit unusual. We (my fiance and I, bought her mother's home after having to put her mother into a nursing home). There was a reverse mortgage on the home and financing for the nursing home had to be approved through the office of the aging. Both of these things had some pretty strict timelines and guidelines that needed to be adhered to. The two ladies that we worked with (Mary Battaglia and Tracy MacDonald) went out of their way to make sure that this happened for us and in the proper time frame. Please let them know again how appreciative we are for how well they worked with us.

Seemed very thorough and followed up frequently to ensure a timely closing.
