Premium MortgageReviews of premiummortgage.com

Great overall experience!

Julie Symes was absolutely wonderful. She handled my case in a kind and very professional manner. She was always there to answer my questions and to assure me that she was working on my behalf. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated all her effort and time.

Premium Mortgage made the first-time home buying process easy. Laurie and Michelle were great to work with, answered all my questions and were very helpful throughout a usually stressful process.

Made the process simple and straightforward.

Nothing but good things to say. Everyone was more than helpful during the process of buying our 1st home. They were very efficient and quick about getting the needed paperwork to us and processed. Every time my wife or I had a question, they the staff were quick to respond and helped us to understand what was going on. Thank You So Much!!!

Overall, the communication or lack there of, between our mortgage agent and ourselves was quite disappointing. I did not feel as though we were treated as individuals but more as another customer on a conveyor belt. I do appreciate this company for its values and willingness to help veterans but the staff seems to lack that same caring attitude.

Terrible timing..lots of resend information..

The people at Premium in the office I went to in Buffalo, are amazing to work with. They are organized and really know how to get the deal done. Very appreciated!
