We had no idea what to expect throughout our mortgage experience. If communication had been better and a clear cut timeline of when deadlines had to be met was better explained at the onset of the process, we would have had a lot less stress and a better experience. We ended up having to constantly email and call to make sure the process was moving along since no one communicated with us.

My closing was delayed 20 days as your underwriter needed more information. Train your people to collect all information in the early interviews so the deal can proceed in a timely fashion.

Constantly having to re-fax paperwork, called with questions that No one had answers to, the Employee assigned to my acct was never available...terrible customer service
