I purchased a 36 in electric Thor range from this amazing company that always responded to emails and delivery was fast which is saying A LOT these days! The range is so high quality at an amazing price point. Sturdy, large knobs, oven size of my dreams and cooks like a professional range! I can’t say enough good things about the Thor range or Premium Home Source!

Hey PHS Team! I am a builder out in Georgia and have placed several orders with Premium home over the past 2 years. I shopped online and in person at other small and big companies. The small companies had no idea the answers to the most basic questions. I'd be very careful shopping at these other companies as I've heard horror stories on no one replying to emails or phone calls... they might seem the same but they really don't know the product! The big big box retailers, surprisingly, also don't know Thor Kitchen or ZLINE.. or the differences since they carry so many different brands! I placed an order for 3 Thor appliances in June 2020 and then the larger packages of 6 in 2021. Everything came as advertised and I purchased the HRG edition for my clients. They love the stainless steel knobs and blue interior!!!! Thanks on behalf of my clients.

I bought the Zline 48" stove - I’ve had mine for 2 years now, no problems at all! I love the reversible griddle – use it for pancaked every morning. I ended up getting the Black Stainless Steel package directly from Premium Home Source. I love buying direct from them because you save on the bundle and also get free shipping (can’t say the same for other retailers). I’ve already recommended this stove to my cousin and they also purchased the exact same package – seems to be a big hit in the neighborhood! I use the oven for roasting meats great from turkey to prime rib; done both lamb and pork crown roasts, perfect; grates over burners heavy, wish I had purchased a simmer plate for center. This is a real chef’s stove! I would gladly recommend.

Purchased a $10K package and the PHS Team was quite transparent with the shipping delays. They notified me that 2 of the appliances were on backorder for a month (beats the 6 month delay I was getting from the big box retailers). They gave me a choice to split the shipment or ship it all at once... since there are so many delays I took what was in stock and will wait for the rest. Really appreciate premium for being so transparent and great with their communication. They respond within an hour it's very very impressive

We applied for the VIP Trade Program as I own a design company in Utah. Let's just say this was the most seamless process I've seen in my 10+ years in this industry. First, I got a designer's rate for the appliances I bought for my clients. Second, I had the VIP Program Director email me shipping expectations and recommendations based on the kitchen specs. Third, I got my items in less than 1 week in this crazy appliance shortage. I will 110% buy from Premium again.

I haven't shopped for kitchen appliances in years so I thought I'd go online with COVID and all. First, I was very skeptical buying online from a brand (ZLINE) I didn't know and a website (Premium). I called ZLINE directly and they told me that Premium is one of their top dealers. When I called to Premium, Vanessa (I think that was her name) picked up and was very friendly. I didn't know that I needed 220V plug for my 48 ZLINE Range so I was glad she pointed that out. Also - I needed to delay delivery and these people do that too! All in all, I've had the ZLINE 48 Range for a 2 months now and I am impressed with the speed of the burners and crisp look of the range. I get a compliments all the time from friends. A+ all around thanks

5 Star+ Customer Service and Delivery. I recently was in the market for a full kitchen suite (oven, vent hood, dishwasher, fridge) and after days of browsing, found Premium Home Source. As a first-time home owner, I had a LOT of questions and when I called in, Maria was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Delivery only took a few days and the items came damage free. Thanks Maria and Premium!

I ordered a Zline crown for my range hood in hopes it would work. It was the wrong one. On the order page they indicate returns are accepted. It's written twice on all crown molding items (30 day return policy, 30 day returns). I sent an email to get help with a return or exchange, it was totally ignored. I followed up with a phone call; I was told they never received my email i have proof I sent it. Then I was told this item was NOT returnable, that I needed to scroll to the bottom of their home page and look under policies, and read their return policy. If an item is not returnable this should be indicated on the page where you click to buy the item. Lesson learned and I will take my business elsewhere.
