My experience at PFC exceeded my expectations in every way! Their comprehensive approach to fitness, emotional/metal health, and nutrition provided the important groundwork I needed to succeed at home. The staff members worked as a cohesive team where every element of the program ran smoothly. I cannot say enough about PFC. I am so thankful to them for everything I learned and experienced and have already scheduled a return visit.

I spent 4 weeks at PFC and it was amazing, I learned so much about nutrition, fitness and myself. I am stronger than I thought. I lost weight, and inches in the right places more importantly my labs all improved. While it is very pricey I keep thinking of the thousands of dollars in health care this will prevent in the future and how great I feel and the joy I found in the doing the program. The staff is fun, well trained and most important they are incredibly supportive. I have been home a few days and I hear them in my head encouraging me to keep pushing even when it hard

I’m so grateful for my 3 weeks at Premiere Fitness Camp! I was so stressed over the thought of going to a fitness camp at my fitness level. I am very overweight, 60 years old, had not been exercising at all and never traveled by myself. But right from my first call to PFC, I felt assured that this was the place for me and so I flew from Louisiana to California. Everyone with PFC are top professionals in their area, from the reservation agent, trainers, chefs, counselors and housekeepers! I made instant friends and we have stayed connected even after leaving the camp. The workouts were tough, but the trainers taught me how to modify the exercises to my fitness level and I learned that I am stronger than I knew. The food was absolutely fabulous. I was amazed at seeing the ocean and the mountains. The weather was perfect. I’m now continuing to workout and follow the healthy eating program while continuing to lose more weight. I was not sure about spending this much money on myself, but now I see this was the best investment in my health. I plan to return and now my sisters also want to go to PFC very soon. I’m so thankful that I was able to have this experience!

My two weeks not only accomplished my goals of improved health through diet and exercise, it allowed me to meet some awesome people both running and attending the camp! These friendships forged will continue and I am thrilled to be a member of this PFC family! I not only highly recommend the place, I am going to help sponsor others in my family to attend. Its not just for those wanting to loose weight, its for those who want to improve their overall healthy living!! My cholesterol dropped into a healthy range again, coming down over 30% in 12 days of eating the wonderful awesome meals they serve there without dieting, just eating the right foods and portions for a proper nutrient meal!

It was the most wonderful experience I've ever done. It was a truly a full life transformation and they're willing to work day in and day out to help you achieve the goal that you have set for yourself. Amazing staff! Amazing program! Can't wait to go back!
