Proven System to Accomplish your Goals
What I appreciated about PFC is the framework to accomplish the goals we set for ourselves. Every day we have group activities that we can participate in and ultimately it is up to each of us to determine our daily commitment. I was on a nine day refresh so my determination was very high to achieve the goals I set for myself, which I gratefully exceeded. Some of that success was also due to additional cardio, running or tennis each day. The food is amazing and a highlight, the entire cooking staff were great, though Trent was a shinning star. What it taught me regarding food is how many simple carbs I used to eat that were wasted calories. The food at PFC was real, healthy and calculated. The classes about having a value system around health and wellness was an ah-ha moment. How did I want to live, eat and exercise each day is up to me and my goals. The session with Trey to discuss the amount of protein, carbs, etc was impactful. Megan's session around working out and goal setting for weight loss was pivotal. Six days a week of cardio, three strength. Three high impact, three medium cardio really sunk in. Why am I giving four stars? There is another level that I think PFC can improve with a more "one on one personal experience." Have a trainer that would text and check in on a daily basis to see how we were doing, if we had questions, they would give thoughts or suggestions. There is also an entire metrics component that could be monitored with an Apple Watch, Whoop or Garmin to track activity, stress level, calories burned and/or rest. They can see who's working hard and who's not to have discussions to slow down or pick up to help accomplish our goals. Bottom line, I accomplished my goals, enjoyed my experience and walked away with remarkable tools. They are great at what they do and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to gain a fresh perspective to health and wellness. Thank you entire team! Been home a week and the impact has been continued.
