Not at all what was advertised. Way more talking than doing. If you’re looking for an active jumpstart- not the place to go

JM, We are so sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience. While many are taken by surprise at the amount of time we spend on teaching the importance of nutrition and behavioral health, we have yet to hear any complaints about a lack of exercise. We proudly provide scheduled activities, such as fitness classes and hikes, at a minimum of 5 hours per day, all of which are shared on the weekly schedule handout received at orientation and kept available to campers all week long. We are confident that with attending all of the activities scheduled any camper would feel satisfied in the movement component of the PFC program. Again, we are so sorry you didn't experience camp the way it was intended to be enjoyed. Feel free to reach out if you need any help or have questions on how to progress while home- Once a PFC camper, always a PFC camper!

Well to start with this customer service email was addressed to "Sandi" and that is not my name. This pretty much sums up my experience - while you are paying for a personalize best practice fitness and weight loss experience - you get anything but that. PFC's idea of vegetarian was packaged tofu, morning star, and tofurkey products served excessively during my stay. The irony is that I am not a vegetarian (I eat fish but not meat), I am following Paleo and cut out all processed foods from my diet a year earlier. It was devastating. They lack quality controls in the kitchen to confirm calorie counts, fail to customize daily calorie needs to the clientele, and follow a fitness protocol that does not allow for recovery and is very dangerous. Despite trying to pace myself and "listen to my body" I suffered serious injury and had surgery in September. I do not recommend PFC.

Food choices limited for vegans. Time spent there was a few years ago, I hope they have these options. Would not recommend.

I honestly spent the week confused. The person that set me up with the program never introduced himself to me. I also attended Chopra fit and no one verified my schedule so I ended up missing activities in both programs. Seems Premier Fitness Camps also allows various people attend the programs so there were people in and out all day, all week whereas I never felt part of any program. Although the Chef was excellent, by the time I got home I wasn't able to implement anything I learned about cooking since I seemed to be an observer that week and not really retaining anything. The hotel itself was run down. My room was by the housekeeping department and was quite noisy. One morning the hotel workers were up by 6:30am with bull horns protesting the treatment of their workers. I paid over $5,000 for this week program and was terribly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this program with the current way it is run.

The PFC staff were not educated enough on low impact and bad knees. I also picked PFC for the mindfulness education because that is what I needed most. When I attended for a full month the educator was off and they did not replace him. I would have spent my money somewhere else if they would have not misled me. The kitchen was due to be completed before my stay and it was a confusing mess and meals not served when scheduled. I also had to have knee surgery when I returned because of a torn meniscus. Staff was nice though.
