My recent experience was AMAZING! I can’t say enough how professional, caring, understanding and courteous this staff is. The trainers are well versed in their profession, and it shows when you are with them. I felt like my questions were answered all the time, and my knowledge expanded. They make everything fun, interesting and exciting. The activities are so fun! The food was amazing too. No meal was the same, and it was prepared with our needs in mind. The lectures and information was pertinent to our every day needs. From the first phone call, to the signing out, I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made to hang out with these amazing people for 2 weeks! I hope to be back, and one of the mail reasons is because there is trust, understanding, fun, and amazing people to see in this important journey. I wish I could give 100 stars! Sherri

I stayed at PFC for 3 weeks. It is a totally immersive mind and body experience. They feed you three meals a day plus snacks that are all healthy and great tasting. We exercised 4-5 hours per day. I lost 10 pounds of fat and gained muscle! The accommodations are beautiful, the staff is excellent and the participants are all really supportive and non-judgmental. I would highly recommend this program, if you need help with losing weight the right way.

Still the most educated and helpful set of trainers and nutritionists I’ve ever seen. The only reason it’s not 5 star is that this year, there seemed to be less attention to details. Could have just been the heat, but there was no ice for many meals. . . No tea for several meals. Just not the 5Star experience I remembered. I’d also suggest getting someone a Senior Fitness Certification. (Just seems my “oldness” affected my body differently than before)

I am so impressed and satisfied with my 2 weeks experience with PFC. The staff are all amazing, I don't know where to start and i don't usually write reviews but PFC has been a remarkable experience for me and I am now clear on prioritizing my health and wellbeing. The program, the food, the staff and location are all superb.

This place is terrible if you want to loose weight (only lost 3 pounds in 3 weeks) but is great if weight loss is not your main goal

As I researched possible places to reboot and jumpstart a new fitness and wellness routine, PFC seemed to check all the boxes. To my delight, it provided so much more than I ever could have anticipated! At PFC, I was able to shut out life's noise and launch new habits to support my goal of getting back in touch with my inner athlete. The THINK, EAT and MOVE teams are comprised of educated, passionate professionals who not only know their stuff, but are kind, motivating, and energetic - super fun people to be around. The workouts and off site excursions provide great variety each day. I connected with some amazing folks who were attending PFC pursuing a wide range of personal goals - what an unexpected gift to keep in touch with many of them today. A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to all members of the PFC team - you are awesome! I'll be back.

PFC was more than we ever imagined it could be. The staff is more than amazing, friendly, caring and most important so knowledgeable. The facilities were excellent, they have thought of everything. It was such a pleasant experience. Our new journey has begun and we are continuing. And most important we will be back!! Diane and the Larry

I felt that the camp was very beneficial to my health in so many ways. My eating, my exercise and my attitude has toned down a bit. I've started this week on the assignment I was given to continue my strength training program. I've lost 3 more lbs in the first week I was home. You could not ask for more team spirit amongst the attendees. The instructors support was out of this world. The resort was nice overall but they missed cleaning my room 3 times. I didn't understand why. Also one of the students had a waterbug in her room There was a spider in my bad. Also the food was weird. I understood the no salt thing. I had no problem with that.. But I couldn't understand the way it was seasoned (turkey with basil in it, paprika, etc.) Some seasonings do not go work certain things at all. Basil was in everything. I could not eat. But overall besides those things I just wanted to say that the exercises seem a little advanced. Maybe there could be a beginner training program.
