I had such a great experience all the way around. The staff, the workouts, redicovering food... it was exactly what I needed to reboot and start my journey. I've maintained connection with campers and staff and am down 81lbs 1.5 years later! 100% recommend!!

My wife and I arrived on New Years Eve to wonderful accommodations at the Omni Resort. We then walked and eventually found PFC where we were warmly greeted by Gerry, who we assumed was an employee but was actually just another camper. They had dinner ready for us and we visited with fellow campers. The next morning was a rude awakening to life at PFC - a morning smoothie followed by one mile test run, pushups and other challenges. We were impressed with the professional leadership of instructors and the top notch meals prepared in house bt Chef Jason. Always enthusiastic, Jason was a wonderful inspirational teacher of the culinary arts. We hiked hills and played games for a full four weeks and achieved more than expected. We were pushed and challenged to do our best. We did activities such as sea kayaking, trampoline park and soccer golf. PFC did a good job balancing effort and fun and all the instructors were professional and on point. The classroom instruction was a blend of boring data and interesting information. The major negative was the last week when one of the better but controversial instructors was terminated... it was not done well and put a real negative slant to a month of otherwise excellent training. The other negative was the lack of closure and followup, especially after spending $25k. Very disappointing end to an otherwise superlative experience... other campers who followed us would have never felt a glitch in their program but we were pretty upset and it left a bad taste for us.

An exceptional and life forming experience. I spent 4 weeks at Premier Fitness Camp, mid-June to mid-July of 2018. The trainers are world class people first along with being world class trainers. I was nervous to start, not sure what to expect. I was afraid I would be expected to know the gym and fitness culture but that wasn’t the case. They met me where I was. They encouraged me every step along the way. They cared for me no matter how fast (or slow) I was and no matter how winded I was. I will never forget them for how they walked with me when others ran until, I could also run. They pushed with me and lifted with me and pulled with me. When I could only do one rep or two they were there until I could do many more than I would ever have imagined. When I arrived, I was afraid of being injured, of being looked at for how out of shape I was. But only a day or two in those fears began to vanish. I never ever thought I would look so forward to interval training. Or that I could look forward to a boxing work out or to a hike. They made for me the impossible possible and I am in their debt. If you go, go all in. Commit. It’s hard today but leave it all behind while you’re there to commit to a new life and you will be glad you did. It’s been more than 3 months since I left PFC but I still have those great memories and experiences with new friends running through my mind as I exercise or hike or eat. Many have left reviews here. I have miles to go but am still losing weight and inches and feeling better every day thanks to my time at Premier Fitness Camp in Carlsbad.

I honestly spent the week confused. The person that set me up with the program never introduced himself to me. I also attended Chopra fit and no one verified my schedule so I ended up missing activities in both programs. Seems Premier Fitness Camps also allows various people attend the programs so there were people in and out all day, all week whereas I never felt part of any program. Although the Chef was excellent, by the time I got home I wasn't able to implement anything I learned about cooking since I seemed to be an observer that week and not really retaining anything. The hotel itself was run down. My room was by the housekeeping department and was quite noisy. One morning the hotel workers were up by 6:30am with bull horns protesting the treatment of their workers. I paid over $5,000 for this week program and was terribly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this program with the current way it is run.

PFC is great! Can't wait to continue!

No camp delivers like PFC, everyone at PFC truly cares about your experience and enjoyment. If you're considering a camp, PFC is in a league of their own and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff was top notch. They are knowledgeable, encouraging and I feel like they really care about each of the guests. The program that was tailored to me was challenging but they gave me all the tools to complete it. I feel better than I have in years and would certainly recommend this place to anyone asking. And by the way, the grounds and facilities are gorgeous.
