The best you can find in a fitness camp. Worth every penny! It is so much more than just fitness. I strongly recommend it. It changed my life!

It has been about three years since I was at PFC. The things I learned there have stuck with me. I was there for four weeks and was somewhat disappointed that I only lost 7 pounds there. But I lost a pound every week for the first 12 weeks after I got home. It was a great time there and I was impressed with how professional the trainers were. To me the important thing is that long after I left PFC I am probably in better shape than I have ever been. I am over 60 and I think I am stronger and more fit than I was in my twenties.
