My was experience was excellent. The support of the staff, the amazing chefs and those that help them and the people who are behind the scenes made it very easy to participate and enjoy myself. I would recommend PFC to my friends and family. I will be back for sure!

The planned activities were terrific. The staff is caring, intelligent, and exceptionally helpful. The food is delicious. And I lost 6 pounds in a week. Feeling great. It was a first class experience.

I came here for a reset both physically and mentally. I got so much more than that during my stay here. This place is truly life changing.

I honestly have no words to express how thankful I am that I found PFC. I attended the program two years ago and it changed my life. My cholesterol was high, my weight was high, my body fat was high, and my blood work showed that I was pre-diabetic. After being at the camp for 4 weeks, my numbers drastically changed. I just attended PFC again! It had been two years and I continued to follow their lifestyle recommendations. I have now lost 37 pounds since my visit two years ago. Their philosophy is about lifestyle changes and not “dieting”. I was able to continue on my own and completely change my life. The entire staff is absolutely fantastic and motivating. I mean EVERYONE! From the kitchen staff, the admin staff, the housekeeping department, the trainers and the dietician! Thank you PFC. I will be back every year! JW

The exercise was grueling but the staff and the other campers made it fun. It was amazing to see so many diverse individuals with fitness levels across the spectrum come together and achieve such outstanding results. This is 100% due to the trainers and their commitment to meet each person where they are.
