I had a great experience at PFC fitness and would highly recommend it to anyone. The trainers and entire team is very knowledgeable, professional and gracious teachers with each attending camper. Thank you PFC team! - Olivia Koelsch

The experience was great from every aspect: Instruction, food, trainers, other guests, accommodations, staff - it was all amazing. I came to the camp because I knew that when it comes to your heath, there aren't any shortcuts, and it was just what I needed. I'm continuing to see positive results and am so grateful that I started this journey with PFC.

Everyone was so supportive fun and really loved what they do and it shows you

The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I had a great time learning and making friends at this camp. It was a really great experience to be able to work closely with the personal trainers and the chefs. I’m already planing on coming back.

Great compassionate and technical coaching, food was amazing and the results are real! Highly recommend for folks needing a reset or a catalyst to get more active

Wonderful, challenging, and very educational. The staff is fabulous and the food was truly delicious-every meal!

Mercedes R. If you lived the PFC experience and you didn't like it, it was because you did your research wrong! They gave me everything they promised and more, the way everything is organized and thought out so that you only have to put your willpower and do it is invaluable, the exercises, the talks, the cooking classes, the food, all of this made my two weeks at PFC extraordinary! Above all, the professionalism and dedication of the entire staff is incredible! Megan, Brian, Greg, Zack, Sara, Chef Ryan and Chef Trent, Cedric, Katie and Page, thank you all so much! The transformation I was able to make these two weeks was thanks to you!!

The staff at PFC was so educated and helpful! It would be very hard to find the quality of expertise in all the areas this program provides in my town. I was very impressed with the program! The organization and implementation of the daily activities and meals was awesome!
