Sales person whom I had to call because my new Exercycle could not be assembled properly flew into a rage when I insisted someone be sent out ASAP to fix it. Won't patronize your store again!! Update: Store responded. Asked for permission to call but no way to respond to their message??? Incompetence continues...

Awesome customer service and the delivery guys are very professional

The salesperson helped us get the right machine. If he did not know an answer to my question he looked it up. There was no pressure to buy, which I liked even better.

Scratched my new hardwood floor? ..but other than that the machine was assembled per requirments.

We use our elliptical five times per week. It arrived quickly and after assembly, it developed a strange noise. Call the store and a technician arrived promptly and fixed the machine. We are very happy with the service provided. Thank you!

Great exercise equipment. This Precor eliptical works exactly as advertised.

The equipment is great, the only problem I had with the entire purchase was the pricing which can be verified what I paid vs. the advertised price. I paid full retail price not sale price because I did financing through the store ( greensky financial). May not sound like much but $500 or so more than advertised does matter. It may even be illegal but I didn't verify. I just wanted the equipment but feel taken advantage of as a customer. The financing was for about $9500, interest free for 3 years which seemed great. Advertised price was less than $8900. So I have already paid about $600 for the loan but not to the lender.
