Precor Home FitnessReviews of precorhomefitness.com

Precor is an excellent store for all fitness equipment and the salesperson Dean was great very knowledgeable in the equipment

The resistance at level one is still too strong for me. Is there any way to reduce the resistance lower than level one? I would greatly appreciate a reply. Thank you Robert Graby

Love my octane elliptical machine!

Great customer service and friendly staff. They carry a lot of sport training equipment to make them your first stop when looking for products. Kevin, CrossFit Alaska.

The salesperson was very helpful and not pushy. Delivery was prompt, polite and didn’t damage anything. Equipment works fine.

I bought my home gym and elliptical at Precor. Heather spent quite a bit of time understanding my requirements and helping me identify the equipment I need. She also worked with her manager to help out on pricing. Followed up with me to ensure equipment was delivered and properly installed. I would give her 5 stars when it comes to customer experience management.

Knowledgeable polite

I wanted a PreCor elliptical. Really appreciated that I was able to try several models and other brands on the showroom store. No pressure to buy, I was able to go back and forth between machines until I was able to identify what I preferred. The salesrep (owner?) was very knowledgeable about the equipment. I think they were going to deliver next day which was mind-bogglingly fast but then called me to apologize and the owner/rep personally delivered same day. And he carried the pieces to my basement and assembled it. Very very happy with the purchase and delivery experience and the equipment.
