I highly recommend Precision Lifestyle!! I have been with them for almost 3 months and I just hit a milestone of 25 pounds lost. The accountability is a huge piece for me!! My coaches are very encouraging! I don’t need to go to the gym! I do all of my assigned workout in my living room with a few small pieces of equipment like dumbbells. I have muscles I haven’t had in years!! I feel stronger! I just move easier. Up and down. All around. Even my balance has improved! Still happily working towards the next milestone!

I have greatly enjoyed working with Trami and Kat, and feel like this program has been a game changer. As an ultra-busy parent and working professional, I have often neglected my own needs in order to try to juggle everything else I have going on. The one-on-one coaching and tailored exercise plans (made with me and my abilities in mind) have helped me to realize my needs are a priority too. I am down about 20lbs in 5 months, my BMI has dropped significantly, and I’m wearing the smallest size clothes I’ve ever worn as an adult. I’m near my all-time lowest adult weight. I feel strong, and more importantly I feel more confident in my ability to be successful. I have not tapped into the full potential of this team as there are many social media based assets available that I have not taken much advantage of, but Trami has diligently tried to make those more accessible to me so I can still get the useful information posted on social media. I’m happy I made this investment in myself, and I’m grateful for the coaching and support I’ve received thus far.

Megan, Rob, and Trami have all been exceptional. I would recommend this program for anyone. From someone who is just starting out for the first time to the experienced athlete, these individuals are truly there to see you succeed in your goals. I have been with Precision Lifestyle after Rob and Trami heard about my health issues I am dealing with and offered me the opportunity to be in their program to get back on track. I almost lost my life cause my body was so unhealthy. I am almost 8 weeks in and I have already seen a significant improvement and I don’t feel like I’m going to die. I’ve been able to enjoy great foods while fueling my body with the food it needs. I’m not starving and I’m not a slave to the gym either. Not only has my weight been dropping but I’m gaining muscle already. I have also seen an improvement in my inflammation in my joints and water retention in my ankles. Just prior to joining I was actually being trained by a world class athlete and was very disappointed with that experience as my trainer pretty much gave me a workout and said go. Not Precision! Megan meets with me weekly. We have weekly Zooms with lessons and where we can ask questions about any aspect of our health journey. I have also access to speak to each one of the trainers including the owners Rob and Trami if I need. I would recommend this program to anyone. These guys are just some program on the internet. This is a program for success!

Megan has been an awesome trainer for me through this process. I am 3 months in and down 18 lbs and feeling stronger every day and my low back pain has all but disappeared. Rob, Trami and Megan have put together a great service. In Megan, I have, what seems like, a personal trainer, a nutritionist and a physical therapist all in one. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, address premature old man pain and have fun in the process.

Working with Megan has been fun and has helped me to see results. I've been through a lot in the last year and a half and she still got me results. I'm not to my goals yet but on my way there with her help.

Lost 30 lbs and still going! This program is more than just health coaching! I’ve seen crazy changes in my mental health and changes in my whole family that I never expected. This program teaches you how to get results that are sustainable without going on a specific diet! The coaches meet you where you are and you grow from there. Coach Megan helped me break through some emotional barriers and set goals to become better in all areas of my life. You’ll get tools to improve your mindset, nutrition, and fitness as well. Since joining this program I’ve learned so much that will help me the rest of my life. I’ve also created habits that have significantly improved my overall health. I love this program! It’s nice to have an accountability coach but when you learn what you learn in this program, you will have the tools to hold yourself accountable!
