Enjoyed the program
Enjoyed the program! The coaches are very motivating and have a plethora of knowledge. The support from the group is also very helpful. The workouts are not too extreme to where a beginner like myself wouldn’t be able to do them. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because it can feel very overwhelming as someone else stated, with all the things to check off to earn points and when you slip away from the top it’s harder to get back to the top and that feels like lack of progress sometimes instead of motivation. Overall though I enjoyed the program and I do feel stronger.

If you're an emotional eater, work with Kat
A little background about me: I've struggled with my weight since childhood because I was an emotional eater. I needed a coach that could help me with that moreso than just give me calorie coaching. I had done 2 other coaching programs before, but neither really addressed WHY I was overeating. I knew my next coach would need to have some tools and depth to help me break those learned behaviors.
The intro call with Rob felt like a high pressure sale, but I live in sales, so that was no problem. What I needed to know was how they would back up their monthly price point, like, "what's your guarantee if I don't meet my goal by 6 months?" (It's a 6 month commitment, minimum.) To which Rob quickly and confidently replied, "We'll coach you for free until you get there." Bam, sold, sign me up.
After 6 months, I did not hit my goal, and not because their program doesn't work, but because after 6 months of extensive work with my INCREDIBLE coach, Kat, who is really like a deep, wise, compassionate ocean of a person, I had just finally started breaking through the mental baggage of 41 years that had been holding me back.
However, I missed an important piece when I signed my contract, which IS in the contract, but not really emphasized, and that is that if you don't take pictures every month and follow all of their guidelines exactly then they won't continue to help you after 6 months if you haven't met your goal. I get it, gotta follow the plan, but that should have been made clear to me on the phone.
They have a great program, really. If you sign up, ask for Kat, especially if you need some extra mind and heart help. I had to discontinue my training for financial reasons, but the work I did with her during that time was important and is still helping me to move towards my goals, every day.

I couldn't change the cycle on my own
Weight and appearance have always been my focus. Unfortunately, I haven't been pleased with either for decades. As much as I wanted to look and feel like I did when I was in my mid twenties, my eating habits far exceeded my exercise habits. There was always the mental spiral of being disappointed with how I looked and eating too comfort myself. Diets, backed by specific goals like an upcoming vacation or wedding, resulted in temporary success but once the goal passed, the motivation went with it and back came the weight, the disappointment, and frustration. I finally reached the point where I could admit that I needed support and guidance, I wouldn't ever truly change the cycle on my own. Family and friends are great but they're also horrible, they'll love and support you while you repeat your detrimental behaviors, I needed professional assistance and support.
I found Precision Fitness via Instagram. I enjoyed the posts which were positive and encouraging. Additionally, I was intrigued by Rob always eating carb loaded meals, obviously his muscle mass and metabolism far exceeded mine, thus his body's ability to burn off the excess calories was key. However, his body constitution was never my goal, The program, support, and mental change is what I wanted and needed.
I made the investment in myself, the biggest I'd ever made in something for me personally, other than the cost of all that food I ate that was killing me.
The biggest benefit for me was the coaching, essentially my coach became my guidance counselor and therapist. Katerina is caring, enjoyable, and realistic. She was able to help me work through some mental and emotional challenges which were obstacles I wasn't even fully aware of. Katerina realized pretty quickly I needed to change my relationship with food so I could break the cycle I was caught up in historically. She has also been very patient. I'm stubborn in many ways, I didn't always track my food in the app, nor my weight, nor my water intake. I never weighed my food and haven't been the most consistent with exercise. Through all of it she has kept a great attitude! I look forward to our 'face to face' video chats and have learned so much.
My journey continues and I've made some major changes in how I treat myself mentally and emotionally, treat food more like the tool it is, and see a future me that is happier and healthier every week because I am making choices every day that support my goals.
Katerina, and the Precision Fitness program, have helped open the door to a brighter tomorrow and a me I'm beginning to really enjoy!

Only one
Background- I've been training since 2018. Back in the gym after chasing 3 kids through high school and college sports. After a year I hired a coach that really helped! Excellent experience. I was 56 years old. He gave me a good foundation. His emphasis was on preparing people for the bodybuilding stage. After a year I was on my own. Tried to take the lessons learned and apply them but got lost in all the information. Weight started up again. I decreased the stress placed on my muscles because I was "getting old."
Why I went with Precision Lifestyle? In reality, I was looking for a coach for my wife. She did not need a bodybuilder coach. From what I saw online PL (Precision Lifestyle) seemed to be a good place. Trami contacted me and sounded really sweet. I put her off because of finances. She understood. A few month later, she messaged asking how it was going. I agreed to talk with her and Rob.
This is the only disappointment so far. The sales pitch was slick, a "yes or no" answer right then. I don't know how much they charge each person, but it was more expensive than I wanted. But I thought, well, maybe it will be worth it. They had a method of financing, but I hate debt. I took the financing to use their money instead of mine. Has it been worth it?
Yes. Yes. And Yes.
I actually told Rob, "I hope you are not a scam." because the sales pitch was so slick. But it is an excellent program for those who are new to fitness or getting back. You may not know how to start. How to count calories, macros, exercise, walk with purpose, do gym, etc? But Trami, Rob, Megan, Dusty, and all the coaches are there for you to be successful.
The coaches are not a group of people just out for your money. They coach. If you have questions on exercise, they handle it. When you have questions about diet, they answer it- all my questions about esoteric details. If you are stuck in your own head, they help with that.
We meet twice a week to help everyone in your group. It is a friendly meeting of about 5-12 people who are a lot like you. Old men like me (know I am 60), women who have children, jobs, families. Men who are working and making a living. We all have life from different angles but PL is there to help make us better people, more functional, stronger, healthier, mentally tougher!
I am not over exaggerating. I like weightlifting but if that is not your fitness style, they have a coach who will support you.
If you are just starting out after years of neglecting and abusing your self, body, and mind Precision Lifestyle will advance your fitness.
I am open to questions, but it is just my opinion.
So far the only hesitation I had was the "sales pitch." But everything else has been excellent. If I could have given a 4.8, I would.
