Great Service, Great Price, Great Ring
The ring looks great and the price is very reasonable for the size diamond. The process was very smooth throughout and I received updates at every step.

Great communication throughout the process. They made a custom wedding band for me to match the engagement ring. Both came out absolutely beautiful. The price was amazing for such a beautiful ring set.

I’m happy I chose Precious Carbon!
Let me start off by saying the customer service is outstanding! They keep you updated every step of the way. With that being said, they pulled getting me the engagement ring in time to fly out with it within an unreal time frame, that left me speechless when I saw the quality of the ring. Everything about it came out beautiful! I have no regrets going to you guys to help curate this special moment. Special Shout to Alex! Thank you so much again for everything

couldnt have asked for a better experience
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better ring for my wife. The ring was exactly what I wanted, and the quality is absolutely top-notch. What really stood out was the customer service and communication. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the entire process of making the ring, and were always there when I had a question. At one point, I asked if they could call me, and they called within five minutes! That level of service is hard to find these days. The pricing was very fair, the craftsmanship and quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service went above and beyond from start to finish. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, high-quality ring from a company that truly takes care of its customers, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely buy from them again! -Tim

Ring was custom made, I got emails of the process of CAD file to manufacturing, received an excellent quality diamond and best value online. Would definitely do business again!
