It was amazing, the price was unbeatable by any other compeitor. The people were easy to work with online when it came to making adjustments and talking through what I was looking for. They also provided many updates along the way so I was always informed. We both love the quality of the ring!

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Precious Carbon and I have to say I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. I dealt with Alex throughout the process and he was great to work with. He was very responsive, answered my questions, and kept communication going throughout the whole thing. I never felt like I was being brushed off or just another customer trying to buy something. I’m pretty particular when it comes to spending this kind of money, especially on something as important as an engagement ring. I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I was paying for, and Alex made the whole process a lot easier. As for the ring itself, it turned out absolutely beautiful. The quality and attention to detail really impressed me, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it looks. It’s not every day you come across a company that actually takes customer service seriously, and I feel like Precious Carbon deserves some recognition for that. Alex especially deserves a shoutout for being so helpful throughout everything. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a ring. Definitely a 5-star experience in my book.

Buying an engagement ring is a pretty special and personal experience, and I was honestly a little nervous about making the right choice. From the very beginning, Precious Carbon made the process much easier and gave me confidence that I had made the right decision. They were great to work with throughout the entire process and took the time to communicate with me and confirm that every detail of the ring was exactly what I had ordered. When the ring arrived, I was extremely happy with how beautiful it looked. The quality, appearance, and price were everything I was hoping for. For me, this wasn't just another jewelry purchase—it was an important purchase for someone very special to me. Precious Carbon made the experience a very positive one from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality engagement ring and a company that truly cares about making sure you are happy with your purchase.
