The process was amazing and when I got the ring I loved it, Customer service was perfect. Unfortunately the quality wasn’t what I expected ! I was so upset the clarity of the ring is poor .

We completely understand how disappointing that must be, especially since you loved it when it first arrived. We did reach out to you after hearing about the issue as soon as you raised this issue because we genuinely want to make this right. We haven’t heard back yet, but we’re still here and more than happy to help. We’ve offered to remake the entire ring for you at no cost, including putting it through our QC process before sending it back to you. We can also arrange the return shipping.
