I had one of the best experiences with Preasidus during my watch case exchange. They were so supportive during the process, made the shippings so easy and communicating and making sure that me as a customer have the best experience during the process.

The watch looks spectacular. Everything I had hoped for, but it had a problem where it would stop running. If you barely touch the crown it would start again for a while. I contacted Praesidus and was given everything needed to send the watch back for repair. They received the watch back on May 8. On may 19 I asked for an update. I was told that the watch was in the hands of their Technical team. I sent another email for an update on May 31st, and again on June 4th. I have not gotten a reply back from either of those emails as of right now, June 6th. I don't know if I will ever get a response or a working watch back at this point. After writing this review I got an immediate response from Praesidus saying that the watch was finished and being prepared for shipping...Then...Crickets....Nothing else. No more information. Apparently they only reply anymore when a review is written. I sent another email asking for the watch back or a full refund. Now that I am putting this on here I am guessing I will at least get a response. It is now 6/18/2026...Multiple emails later. Have been told twice that the watch was finished being repaired and being sent to shipping. A week later since that email and the watch has still not shipped, and some of the "customer service" emails seem to be an auto-response, or a form letter email that starts with (Dear Madam/or Sir). Whenever I update this review, or last night after I blasted several Facebook post on their page, I magically get an actual response from them...At this point I do not believe a word they say. If I could rate them negative 5 stars I would. One star seems to be the lowest it will let me go.

Solid watches that do as they say on the tin. Provide a vintage military tone at a reasonable price. From 4 watches over the years I've never had an issue from any.

I had an excellent experience with Praesidus. They provided exceptional service, even when I made a mistake upon checkout. (I selected the wrong color variant of the watch that I ordered.) I reached out to Customer support and they changed my order immediately. The watch arrived within the expected delivery timeline, and I walked away a very happy customer. We need more companies that pay attention like this and make the moment right for the customer. Even when the customer is wrong, or made a mistake in my case. I would highly recommend Praesidus to anyone who wants a watch with story, great aesthetics, and great performance. I've received many compliments on the watch already, which inevitably leads to a conversation about why the watches are so much more than just a timepiece.
